DAYTONA BEACH SHORES, Fla. – This Friday the Port Orange-South Daytona Chamber of Commerce is holding a grand reopening event for its Daytona Beach Shores office, according to a release issued by the chamber on Sunday. Members of the chamber and of the community alike are all invited to attend the event. The grand reopening is slated to take place Friday, June 23rd from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. It will be held at the Chamber Annex and Visitor Information Center in Daytona Beach Shores, in Christina’s Plaza just next to the Daytona Beach Shores Public Safety building. Snacks and beverages will be provided. Barbara Ann Heegan, the President and CEO of the Port Orange-South Daytona Chamber, will use the event as one of her first major opportunities to meet and connect with the business community since her hiring last month.
